Login to account 299bat is a simple, fast, and secure process. Our login system is designed to get you into your account in seconds, without any hassle. Whether you are using a laptop at home or a smartphone on the go, your login experience will always be smooth and consistent.
There are two ways to log in to your account 299bat — using the email address or mobile phone number registered to your account. Both methods are equally secure, so choose whichever you remember most easily. Always use a strong and unique password for your 299bat account.
Choose whether you want to log in using your email address or mobile phone number. Both options are available on the 299bat login page.
Type your email or phone number, followed by your account password. Make sure there are no extra spaces while typing to avoid login errors.
If you have enabled two-factor authentication, enter the OTP code sent to your phone number. This code is valid for 5 minutes only.
Once logged in successfully, you will be taken directly to your account dashboard. From there, access all games, check your balance, and claim any bonuses waiting for you.
Your account security is our top priority 299bat. Every login session is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption technology, ensuring no third party can intercept or steal your information during the login process. This encryption standard is the same used by major banks in Malaysia.
We also recommend all members enable the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature in their account security settings. With 2FA, even if someone obtains your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP code sent directly to your mobile phone. This is a highly effective extra layer of protection.
System 299bat also features unusual login detection. If a login attempt is made from an unrecognised device or location, our system will immediately send an alert to your email and phone number. You can block that access with a single click directly from the alert email you receive.
Players occasionally encounter minor issues when trying to log in. Here are the most commonly reported problems and how to resolve them quickly without needing to contact customer support.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.
Account Temporarily Locked
After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be automatically locked for 15 minutes as a security measure.
OTP Not Received
Check your phone signal and make sure your number is still active. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP. If it still does not arrive, contact our 24/7 support.
